Adult Social Services is another key component to the SWR Plan of ReAction.  We believe that without victim recovery, the cycle of abuse will continue along with a continued rise in childhood maltreatment and victim reports.  We provide grant funded Life Plan® Programs developed by SWR's Founder, Ms. Rachel E. Milano to reach, educate and support the lifestyle transition of as many victims and offenders as is possible.  We will utilize a Victim Recovery Facilitation Mobile Clinic to provide FREE and reduced Urgent Care to recovery services to clients that enter the program via SWR.  Ms. Milano is a Holistic Victim Recovery Facilitator, Author, and Public Speaker.  This partnership will enable us to offer the following Social Services in Savannah Georgia and around the world via Tel and Cyber Connect.  

• Holistic Victim Recovery Services and mentorships for struggling survivors Nationally.
  
• Grant funded relief services for those seeking long term Holistic Victim Recovery Facilitation Services.  SWR uses a unique partner system as well as established workbooks and related materials to aid in a ground breaking co-recovery process.  These services grant our clients the opportunity to have a secure and guided life style trasition for the over all betterment of our society.
• FREE and reduced Awareness Lectures via: Internet, Telecast, Webinars and audio visual products
• Community Service Life Skills Radio Show
• Social Networks to build confidence, accountability and goal sustainability
